Vishal has spent 18 years at the intersection of software engineering and business leadership — starting as a developer and working his way through CIO, GM, COO and MD roles across New Zealand and Australia.
He spent over 14 years at ProWorkflow, a global SaaS project management platform — progressing from Software Developer to CIO, General Manager, and now Managing Director. That journey gave him deep, hands-on experience in every dimension of scaling a SaaS business: product development, infrastructure, billing systems, customer retention, PCI compliance, and leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
He co-founded a venture studio in Sydney that helped founders take their app ideas to market, building MVPs from concept to shippable product before a successful exit. He's also held COO roles overseeing global operations, P&L, and cross-functional teams. He brings that full-stack perspective — technical depth and commercial clarity — to every client engagement at Diversity Solutions.
