Vishal
Founder and Principal Consultant
Vishal has spent 18 years at the intersection of software engineering and business leadership, starting as a developer and working through CIO, GM, COO and MD roles across New Zealand and Australia.
Over 14 years at ProWorkflow, a global SaaS project management platform, he progressed from software developer to CIO, General Manager and Managing Director. That gave him hands-on experience in every part of scaling a SaaS business: product development, infrastructure, billing, customer retention, PCI compliance and leading distributed teams across time zones.
He co-founded a venture studio in Sydney that helped founders take app ideas to market, building MVPs from concept to shippable product before a successful exit, and has held COO roles overseeing global operations, P&L and cross-functional teams.
Clients work with Vishal directly, from the first consultation to ongoing support. Where a project needs additional specialists, he brings them in and remains accountable for the result.
